When working with text that’s presented to the user, use the localizedCaseInsensitiveCompare(_:) method instead.

Remove duplicate calls `setup`.

Parse manager: fix bug where we try to parse a number from the main country for a code but with a region that isn’t the main one

Solved by iterating through remaining possible regions on failure
